Claude 不是搜索引擎，是思考伙伴。 它不只是在检索信息，它在推理、综合、争论、基于上下文构建。

18 个步骤
1. 创建 Project，不是 chat
每次新开 Claude chat，记忆归零。Project 是持久工作区，Claude 在里面的每次对话都保持上下文。
2. 告诉 Claude 你是谁
大多数人跳过这步，然后奇怪为什么 Claude 给的答案总感觉 slightly off。
填入：姓名、角色、日常职责、当前目标、主要使用场景、知识水平、信息接收偏好、讨厌的东西、关心的领域。
保存到 Project knowledge base，每次对话自动读取。
3. 转成 Custom Instructions
不只是"你是谁"，而是"Claude 该如何对你行事"。
让 Claude 基于你提供的信息，写一套 Custom Instructions（第二人称、具体、无泛化建议、400 字以内），然后贴到 Project Instructions 里。
这是 Claude 在该 Project 里的永久操作模式。
4. Claude 不是搜索引擎
❌ "What is prompt caching?" ✅ "I'm building a workflow that calls Claude 20 times per session. Walk me through how prompt caching works and whether it would actually reduce my costs given that context."
第二个 prompt 给 Claude 一个要和你一起解决的问题。第一个只是让它背诵定义。
5. 让 Claude 先问你问题
几乎没人用的最强技巧之一。复杂任务开始前，让 Claude 先向你收集信息。
Before you start, ask me the 5 most important questions that would help you do this well.
After I answer, then begin.
输出质量 dramatically better，因为建立在正确的基础上。
6. 风格克隆
不给样本就写，Claude 写的就是它自己的声音——语法正确，语调全错。
给 3-5 个你自己的写作样本，让 Claude 分析模式（不只是描述风格）：句子长度、节奏、词汇选择、段落开合方式、回避什么、正式程度、独特模式。
之后它写的东西像你，不像 polished corporate assistant。
7. Claude 做你的 sparring partner
大多数人让 Claude "帮忙想想法"——Claude 会附和、扩展、 elaboration。你得到的是认同和补充。
在承诺任何计划前，让 Claude attack it。不是 critique，是 attack。
Your job is to destroy it. Find every assumption I'm making that could be wrong.
Find every way this could fail. Argue the opposite position as hard as you can.
Do not be polite. Do not add qualifications. Just attack.
After that, steelman my position. Build the strongest possible case for why I'm right.
Then tell me what you actually think.
8. Extended Thinking
大多数 Claude 用户从未打开过。Extended Thinking 让 Claude 在给出答案前先逐步推理，而不是直接 pattern-match 到输出。
点击 brain icon，或在 prompt 里加：
Think through this carefully before responding.
Work through the problem step by step, show your reasoning,
identify where you're uncertain, then give me your conclusion.
复杂决策和分析问题上，输出质量差异显著。
9. Claude 给 Claude 写 prompt
最被低估的功能。如果你不确定怎么 prompt Claude 做某个任务，让 Claude 帮你写 prompt。
I need Claude to help me [describe task].
Write me the best possible prompt for this task.
Include role, context, format instructions, and any constraints.
Then use that prompt immediately.
10. 指定输出长度
Claude 默认会写它认为合适的长度——通常比你需要的多。
Answer in 3 sentences maximum.Give me 5 bullet points. No explanations. Just the points.Write this in under 150 words.
这一个指令能把大多数任务的 token 用量砍掉 40-60%。
11. 去掉 preamble
Claude 默认开头总有些东西你没要："Great question. Let me break this down for you." 或者完整重述你的问题，或者 disclaimer，或者结尾 summary。
在 Custom Instructions 里加：
Never start responses with preamble, affirmations, or restatements of my question.
Go directly to the answer.
Do not add a summary at the end unless I specifically ask for one.
No disclaimers unless the topic genuinely requires one.
12. 不要每次对话重新解释自己
如果你每次新 chat 都粘贴同样的背景信息，你每次都在浪费 token。
这就是 Projects 和 Custom Instructions 存在的意义。放一次，让 Claude 每次会话自动读取。永远不要再粘贴背景。
13. 新话题，新 chat
Claude 携带对话中所有先前上下文。长 chat 里切换话题 = 每次响应用更多 token、更慢、上下文 bleed。
切换无关话题时，在 Project 里开新 chat。保留 Project 记忆，丢掉无关包袱。
14. 用类比理解一切（费曼方法）
Claude 默认给的解释技术上正确、实践上无用——用你要理解的 thing 的同一套词汇解释 thing，你带走的是定义不是理解。
费曼方法强制通过简单性理解：
Explain [topic] to me using only analogies and everyday examples. No jargon.
Assume I have no background in this field.
After each analogy, check whether I've actually understood by asking me one question.
Based on my answer, go deeper or adjust.
Keep going until I can explain it back to you in my own words without technical terms.
15. 按你真实的旅行方式规划旅行
不是给日期和地点就完事。给 Claude 你的旅行风格、节奏、预算、真正在乎什么。
16. 月度支出分析，给出真实结论
粘贴真实银行数据。Claude 能把原始数字变成"钱花去哪了、该做什么"的清晰画面。
17. Claude 做你的个人思考伙伴
大多数人生活中没有这样的人：不带评判地倾听、问对的问题、帮你理清卡住的事、不推自己的 agenda。
这不是 therapy，是结构化自我反思 + 外部视角。
18. 承诺前压力测试任何商业想法
大多数商业想法死掉是因为人们在测试前就爱上了它们。花几个月做没人要的东西，因为从没诚实问过这个想法是否真的 good。
Claude 可以做 ruthless first filter——不是扼杀想法，是在它们耗费时间和金钱前找到真正的问题。
核心结论
Claude 不比你聪明，没有比你更好的想法。它有的是：无限耐心、广博知识、以及从你未考虑过的角度思考问题的能力。
从 Claude 身上获得最多的人，不是有最好问题的人。是那些让 Claude 理解自己、给真实上下文、知道如何把它当作伙伴而非 dispenser 的人。
大多数人读完这篇，会继续像以前那样打开 Claude。
